LSL’s mission is to:

Cultivate, Equip, and Mobilize Christian Leaders Worldwide

?      To CULTIVATE the spiritual development of Christian leaders worldwide in order to present every person complete in Christ.  (Col 1:28-29)

?      To EQUIP the mind and lives of Christian Leaders worldwide to build up the body of Christ.  (Eph 4:11-12)

?      To MOBILIZE the ministries of Christian Leaders worldwide to make disciples of all the nations.  (Matt 28:18)

Our long-term goals in Russia with LSL:

?      To DEVELOP Godly, competent leaders in the local church in Russia by partnering with, training, and mentoring existing and prospective pastors, elders, and lay leaders.

?      To ASSIST the growth of local churches in Russia by developing effective ministries and tools which are biblically accurate, culturally relevant, and able to reproduce growing people and ministries.

?      To EXPAND the presence of local churches in Russia by helping Russians to plant thriving local churches in communities where there are none today.
